This Privacy Policy has been prepared by ALLDENIMS TEKSTİL SANAYİ VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ ("Company") for visitors ("User") of the website operated by the Company with the domain name alldenims.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), within the scope of protecting the confidentiality of data that may be obtained during Users' use of the Website.

1. The data shared by the User via the Website will not be shared with third parties, used for any commercial purpose, or transferred to others except as stated in this Privacy Policy, the Personal Data Disclosure Statement presented to the User during data collection, or with the User's explicit consent.

2. Data transmitted by the User to the Company via the Application may be disclosed to the relevant authorities or courts upon request by official institutions, organizations, or as required by law.

The Company makes no commitment regarding whether the operators of such websites comply with data protection regulations. 8. WhatsApp communications. The Company uses the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., in its internal business systems in two ways. (a) We send operational notifications — for example production status updates, payment confirmations and leave approvals — to employees and customers who have given us their phone number. (b) Our sales representatives use the WhatsApp Business app on company phone numbers. Messages exchanged between these numbers and our existing customers — the message text, any attachments, the date and time, and the phone numbers involved — are copied to that customer's record in our internal ERP system so that our team can follow the history of the business relationship. Messages with phone numbers that do not belong to a known customer or contact are discarded and never stored. Our systems only read these messages; nothing is changed or deleted in anyone's WhatsApp account.

9. WhatsApp data is used only to manage our business relationship with you. It is not sold, not used for advertising or profiling, and not shared with third parties, except Meta Platforms, Inc., which processes it as the provider of the WhatsApp Business Platform, and except where we are required by law. Access within the Company is limited to authorised employees. You can ask us to delete your WhatsApp correspondence as described on our User Data Deletion page, or by writing to alldenims@alldenims.com.

10. The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or revoke the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time. Each updated, modified, or revoked provision shall be effective as of the date of publication for the User. Continued use of the Company's services or products after such changes shall be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
