USER DATA DELETION

This page explains what data ALLDENIMS TEKSTİL SANAYİ VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ ("Company") stores about people who contact us, and how you can ask us to delete it.

1. What we store. When you write to us — by email to an @alldenims.com address, or as a direct message to our Instagram or Facebook business accounts — we save a copy of that correspondence in our internal customer relationship system so that our team can follow up on your enquiry and keep an accurate history of our business relationship. The copy contains the message text, any attachments you sent, the date and time, and the address or username you wrote from.

2. What we do not do. We do not sell this data, we do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not share it with third parties except where we are legally required to. Our systems only read your messages; we never modify, move or delete anything in your own mailbox or Instagram account.

3. How to request deletion. Send an email to alldenims@alldenims.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Please state the email address, Instagram username or Facebook profile you used to contact us, so that we can locate the correct records. You do not need an account with us to make this request.

4. What happens next. We confirm receipt of your request, verify that it comes from the person concerned, and delete the stored correspondence within 30 days. We will tell you once the deletion is complete. If we are required by law — for example by tax or commercial record-keeping obligations — to retain specific documents such as invoices, we will tell you which records must be kept and for how long.

5. Removing our app’s access. If you have connected an Instagram or Facebook account to our application, you can revoke that access at any time from Instagram under Settings and privacy → Apps and websites, or on Facebook under Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. Revoking access stops any further data being received; to also delete data already stored, please send the request described above.
