Design and Exclusive Garment Production
Our reputation and success in collection design has brought a natural demand of limited quantity productions with a sampling-like sensitivity. Hence; we’ve soon started to produce limited runs for distinguished slow fashion brands from EU, UK and USA. Quantity never mattered. It was love of denim we’re creating, and happy customers. So we called this concept MØQ meaning “Zero Minimum Order Quantity”. As we have close relations with many suppliers, we can easily source the required raw materials for our customers including fabrics and accessories.
Sewing
Being also completely in-house, our sewing unit is operated by highly trained experts with full attention to detail. So, when compared to a middle scale production unit, we operate on almost zero-error policy and statistics in sewing since our team is originally specialized on sample stitching. We have 2 sewing lines where we handle orders with different quantity segments. This gives us the flexibility to sustain the MØQ policy.
Washing
Denim washing is a crucial process that transforms raw denim into a variety of distinctive styles and aesthetics using mechanical and chemical techniques. Skilled artisans create vintage fades, distressed, and stonewashed effects, delicately balancing the wash intensity while preserving durability. Denim washing epitomizes the artistry, creativity, and innovation that shape the ever-evolving world of denim fashion.
Finishing
As compact as the other units we have, our finishing line can handle shanks, riveting, cleaning, ironing and packing in a chain of operations. As all the pieces are put through in a strict quality control process, they are moved into the packing stage where we tag and bag them for a long journey
Delivery
We ship our products by land, air or sea transportation through our contracted forwarders as well as carriers nominated by our customers. Global courier companies like DHL, Fedex, And UPS are also other options available for faster deliveries when required. Notifications with related documentation follows instantly once the goods move out from our warehouse.
